Hello guys! Today I wanted to share with you how I deal with my anxiety attacks.
Lets just start by saying that I’m not an expert on this topic and I just want to share with you, how I dealt with mine before.
when I get one of my anxiety crazy annoying attacks, yes that’s how I called them, for me, I experience them when my emotions are all over the place, like when I’m going through any emotional situation, my symptoms are regularly some kind of feeling like I can’t breath and this big heavy thing on my chest, and my arms feel soo heavy!, its really uncomfortable and most people don’t understand what’s going on with you, anxiety attacks are normal and can definitely happen to anyone, and for me because I’m kind of a weirdo this attacks happen a little bit too often, and lest just say I’m a bag of emotions! What I do when I’m having an anxiety attack its, first I try to find natural air, I cant be in crowed places, I need to get to a place where I can breath and lay flat on my back, like I lay down on my bead or even in the floor on the middle of my living room, and another thing that really helps me its a warm bath just relax and have a bath.
When you have this kind of attacks remember to try to keep calm, find your Zen and carry on because this its totally normal and I guess we all need to deal with our demons.
