Hello friends! Today I’m bringing you, my not so famous but delicious, and on a budget chicken Alfredo pasta. To the people that knows me, is not surprise that i always go with Italian when we have to pick what to eat, I LOVE Italian food, and my family too and this dish is so simple and delicious, hope you guys enjoy it!!
- 1 box of a pasta of your preference
- 1 package of chicken breast
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 cup of regular milk
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper and some seasoning of your taste ( I personally put some adobo Goya)
- Olive oil.
First we put the pasta on a pot with hot water, and a tea spoon of olive oil, while thats cooking we start cooking the meat on a pan, we add a little bit of olive oil and when the pan its hot, than we add the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
As soon as the chicken is done, wish shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes, i take out my pasta and in the same pot where i did the pasta i start making my Alfredo sauce, wish i really like making from scratch than buying it already made.
To make the sauce we add 2 spoon full of butter and one spoon of all purpose flour, we stir until the butter and flour are well mixed, than slowly we start adding the evaporated milk, while we keep mixing so we don’t get clumps of flour, than we add a little bit of salt and pepper, and some adobo seasoning, (remember all of this while the fire on the stove is medium to low) after we mix all of that we add the cup of regular milk and, parmesan cheese to taste, we keep mixing until the sauce its a little bit heavy and thick, than we add the chicken and pasta and let sit for a little bit until everything its all mixed and looking delicious, and now you ready to enjoy your meal!.
Hopefully you guys enjoy it, send me pictures if you make it and feel free to ask any questions!! <3
