Easy Blueberry and Mango smoothie recipe for picky eaters

Motherhood is full of all kind of things and surprises, when you are pregnant all you know is that you are carrying  this little bundle of joy, and that you love him or her with all your LIFE, The crazy thing, Is that I really thought that I knew everything about this tiny human inside of me, I really don’t know why lol.

My beautiful Aiden, first born is a picky eater, I Just feel that is crazy that I never even thought about it or imagined the possibility, having a picky eater is nerve racking, and hard work. Lets start by the fact that I have tried everything!! and honestly I’m just hoping that he will grow out of it.

In my journey I have found one or two things that really work for me and that my little one loves, and is smoothies, they are nutritious,delicious and best thing is I can sneak some veggies in it too.

This one is a famous one around here the Blueberry and Mango smoothie  ALL YOU NEED IS:

  • Mango
  • Banana
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Green apple
  • Spinach
  • Milk

I really have no measurements when making smoothies I just go by taste, and also depending for how many people i’m making smoothies. when I make it for me I don’t add milk just water and protein. if you want to see a video of me making this smoothie just go on my Instagram @nickysparadise.
